New Info for 2026

Tickets can be purchased when you do your vendor registration. They are no longer included with your booth. They are $20 and include a meal. You may also purchase a tea ticket for one booth helper.

Helpers that will not be attending the tea portion of the program do not need a ticket and do not need to register.

Jr. Vendor Option
Vendors age 16 and under can register to be a Jr. Vendor! Registration only costs $5 for a Jr. booth per day. You will get a 4 foot table and will be with other Jr. Vendors in their own area.

Schedule
Friday, November 13th @ 5:00pm - 10:00pm (Program is from 7-9pm)
Saturday, November 14th @ 8:00am-1:00pm (Program is from 10-12pm)
Shopping will be closed during program

Vendor sign ups will be open from August 28th - October 23rd on a first-come first-served basis

This tea portion of the event is for ladies only
Men are allowed as vendors but will not be sat at a table during the tea (program).

Handmade items only. Please no direct sales or manufactured items.

All vendors will be responsible to read through the vendor guidelines which can be found at this link.

Table Request

Please bring your OWN 6 foot table for your booth (and table covering). If you are unable to provide your own table we have a limited number of tables available for use. ***Please note: 8 foot tables will not fit your booth space.

Meal Restrictions

If you purchased a tea ticket(s) and will need a gluten or dairy free meal please note that here. If you purchased more than one ticket, please note the guest name, meal type requested and contact ph #.

Multiple registrations are required to purchase an extra tea ticket. In order to do this in ONE transaction, please select one option at a time and click the SAVE AND ADD ANOTHER PERSON button to purchase the additional ticket. When your final selection has been made, click the SAVE AND CONTINUE button.
